Summary: The staff at the front desk were very professional and dressed professionally, which is where these days. The room was very clean and we liked the suite with the couch, table, etc. However, it is quite dated. The carpet is very old and worn in the room, elevator, etc. We did not partake of the breakfast, but it looks good. It was too cool to go into the pool, but it looks like a nice one. Wish there were drawers in the room. Bed was comfy.

Summary: Beds were comfy. Pillows were amazing. Large variety of breakfast, EXCLUDING biscuits and gravy unfortunately 😕 No inside pool but there is an outside one.

Summary: Overall it was excellent. The breakfast selection was excellent! Only negative was no shade in pool area. No umbrellas. Otherwise, excellent accommodations, and recommend for families. Many dining options very close by. Great proximity for the zoo as well.

Summary: The staff was wonderful. They accommodated our every need. The bathroom was small and would be difficult for a wheelchair guest. Breakfast was very nice—they had fresh fruit every morning. Pancakes, potatoes and sausage were made freshly as needed. There were condiments and tortillas available so that you could make breakfast tortillas if you desired. Best of all, there were real dishes, cups and silverware! We would stay here again.
